probably sometime in december

There are a lot of guesstimations, but nobody knows for sure. December is a safe bet, but with POE2 Early Access close to release, who knows. It's unlikely but not inconceivable that it could be pushed to after Christmas.

I sincerely hope there is some info from GGG about POE 1 - like, I would play POE 2 but my usually availability to play is like 2-4 weeks, where 4 weeks is pushing it...
But I assume they will adress it at the inforelease for POE 2 as it seems as perfect timing.
i hope they wont delay the new league too much. poe2 EA is only 3 acts...surely they wont expect people to play that for a month

"It's an entirely new game. Three acts are sufficient, especially when the average player will be hard stuck in the campaign. Gonna be fun when you can't cheese or corpse rush bosses, hoho.
" 3 acts is still 3 acts. even if someone plays it slow and listens to the lore etc i cant imagine them playing it for more than a few days. and there are those of us who wont even play it because we dont want to buy a supporter pack just to play it. so again i hope poe 1 league isnt delayed too much. |

" There's also the endgame portion of endgame available after the campaign. Still a decent amount of content for those who want to test out the game and didn't really had the opportunity to check out the test stations at cons or closed beta. And with how good settlers is it wouldn't be that bad even if they make the league last 5 months just to get a smooth transition between the release date of PoE2 early access and PoE1 new league. Some players are curious to check out both after all and GGG did already mention that they want to have separate release dates for new leagues in both games so a delay of the new league would be quiet a reasonable and fair move for the sake of both playerbase and devs. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
