When emails about getting into PoE2?

I didn't get it well, 15th November - everyone is going to play a new league in PoE2?
Or just by "invites"? How do i know if i gotten an invite? I don't use my email so might miss it

In a nutshell, anyone who wants Early Access will get it. We'll be able to purchase Supporter Packs in about a month which will contain Early Access keys.
