Rain arrow pinning and bear traps on rogue exiles

Can we get an immunity/grace period for these after the first time. If there are multiple of these exiles you are pretty much locked to your spot with no way to counter.

"About the "no way to counter": Far as I remember at least Flame Dash and Blink Arrow work while locked. (Not 100% sure on both working for all such instances.) No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
