PS5 Version Compensation for "Known Issues"

Hi,
Ive downloaded the PS5 version of the game and its simply atrocious how it performs....
The past 2 days ive been constanly crashing due to "unknown connection issue" the game cant keep up the spawning of monsters and sometimes is, frst freeze than sudden death with that awsome 10% xp loss per death, other times is freeze and crash straight to menu....
I can understant that all your assets are facing POE2 but, come on this is making the game unplayable, unenjoyable and a straight up "rip off" due to market scarab prices.
The game is NOT BALANCED and it needs to have some kind of responsability/accountability, compensation to players for this.
Its your game, its your responsability to provide the best product possible, wich is not the case....
Hopefully i can get at least a response from somebody.
Awsome game, very poor customer support....

Do like me, give up the game. I haven't been able to play since the first att path, the staff doesn't even care about consoles.
