Can't Access Kingmarch

My Gauntlet characters were migrated to HCSSF and I can not portal to Kingsmarch. I tried it via portal, speaking to Johann and /kingsmarch and none work. I had no previous characters in HCSSF. Note that I played the Gauntlet on one computer and then migrated the characters on a different one, in case that matters. Thank you.
