Valdo/Voidborn Submission Lottery

Suggest creating a way for lower tier supporters to get to create submissions for valdo/voidborn. As long as it was very sparring, I don't think it would detract from these being a important appeal of the max tier support packs.

One way you could tho this is with weekly or monthly random drawings. Make buying any tier of support pack each league the entry ticket, and then randomly pick 1 person at the chosen frequency.

Alternatively, you could make it a more active engagement perk. Each time period could have a unique requirement for entry into the drawing. For example, this month anyone who completes at least 500 maps will get entered in the drawing. Of course you would want to cover all aspects of the game, so things like, uses 10k alternations orbs, or completes 100 blueprint wings, etc. This would have the added benefit of boosting the in-game economy.
