Foiled Mageblood map not completing after all content cleared [Toxic Sewers map][Abyss]

 Hi, pulled out foil mageblood toxic sewers map, completed it (required to complete all abysses, which happened to be only one). After completeng all the league mechanics including wildwood and 0 monsters remaining the sanguine reliquary chest never spawned. The reward cannot be obtained. All the map mods can be seen on the screenshot. I have absolutely no idea how this can happen and what should I do about it. Losing the Mageblood is very painful. Can confirm that this map does in fact not contain any reward chest.
I can also see the treasure chest from the abyss is opened.   Been running around trying to figure this out but to no avail, hate to see someone lose a Mageblood like this. |
