What item should I upgrade next?

I always have the problem at the end of my build that I don't know which item to upgrade anymore or what my next priority would be.
Can somebody give me some advice what my next goals should be? I have around 25 divines in the bank.
I am using a lacerate gladiator build.

There should be some good options available, providing a solid boost.

1H Lacerate's problem seemed to me to be that you either get QoL on attack speed with a Siege Axe base or damage on Reaver Axe but not both. I solved it by modifying the build to be dual wield instead. I focused on having as fast a stat stick as possible in my offhand, which allowed me to go full reaver axe w/o attack speed on it. Best of both worlds for damage plus attack speed (I have 2.43 aps, which is twice what most people doing reaver has) AND glad ascendancy still gives me capped lucky block. Yes, every other hit sucks for damage but this doesn't matter on a bleed build since bleeds don't stack.

Some tips if you want to convert to what I did:

1) The stat stick can be made fairly easily and cheaply. Buy a sword (as fast base attack speed as you can find) with T1 attack speed and dot multi plus open suffix and open prefix. Make sure it's uninfluenced and not corrupt/synth/fractured. Wipe the prefixes (suffixes cannot be changed and scour). Then craft "Cannot Roll Attacks," slam a warlord orb and 2 exalts. You can stop at 1 exalt if you hit the two mods you want (+1 and increased phys dot damage). The third mod on my sword is dump. These are the only 3 mods in the pool left so you are guaranteed to get them. Craft phys dot multi to finish.

2) If you want to get gloves like mine (both for making my retaliation skill a 5L and adding general bleed damage), get an elder pair of gloves on a base you like and just harvest reforge phys until you get mods like what I have. It is VERY easy and cheap to get.

To be clear, I know your budget doesn't allow you to get a lot of the stuff I have. But the 2 things I outlined above can be made for less than 10d, should more than double your dps, and improve your QoL (even the weak offhand slash is enough when mapping with enough dps and going around mapping with 2x the attack speed is massive) with pretty much no drawback.
