Specific sounds not obeying Master volume control

I've been playing with my sound volume at inaudibly low (Master volume slider all the way down, other sliders not). There are a few sounds that completely ignore this and play at a loud volume.

The easiest to replicate is the Einhar bestiary altar completion sound.

Harder to replicate is one of the enemy attacks in Delirium, it reliably happens but not sure what attack it is called, its a big slam type attack.


Lastly, I think there is one sound on the Stagnation map boss but I don't think I've seen that boss this league so not sure if it still happens.
