Breaches appear when "Dimensional Barrier" is allocated

so I have "Dimensional Barrier" allocated as well as "Eve of Invasion", which is causing the breaches to appear since there is no check for them from those additional breaches, or at least that's the assumption.

couldn't figure out how to attach the screenshots but I'll have them saved if they're needed later...
