Verify that you're human

why do i have to do this everytime i look at my own or someone elses profile? my IP never changes. cant GGG just add it to the "safe list" ? bots and other malicious users use vpn's and proxies etc so the IP changes constantly but if someone has a static IP that never changes, that person shouldn't have to do this every single time they view a profile.
