consistently high cpu lag when theres any significant pack size

as the title suggest keep having huge up to 3000m/s lag spikes for cpu, runs fine until i do anything with any pack size, 5 ways = crash, simulacrum = crash, breachs = crash this is extreamlly frustrating and making the game unplayable

all updated and new drivers downloaded and installed, im lost to the issue as ive checked everything my end and every other game works fine, any help would be appreciated as poe is by far better than anything else out but performance issues kill it

just lost all my exp, this is unplayable!
