Did any minion player finish the campaign in gauntlet?

If so, what was the build?

There is this cool website called PoE Ninja that gives you great summaries of what skills people play in different leagues and even gauntlets.

Looks like 7% played SRS, my guess is mostly poison SRS.

I think there is a reason argument that BAMA and poison SRS play/feel a bit more like bow and spells than traditional minions, but then again the 2nd most popular build in gauntlet was sunder which often has similar range to any bow skills.

Minions are superb for gauntlets none boss stuff are you asking because you are struggling? If so its probably to do with optimising passives/gear rather than minions specifically.

I know a guy cleared the entire thing with Sentinel of Radiance and that was quite a clever way to go about it.

About the only thing i'd stay away from is zombies/spectres, both don't have great defensive scaling until later on and they are irritating to replenish on bosses until they are tanky enough that you don't have to.

Saying sunder has similar range to bow skills is ... hilariously false.

LA, EA, Tshot, SA, BA, Ele hit, IS, ... all have maximum (2 screen) potential.

Sunder does not even come CLOSE to that. It barely reaches the end of 1 screen.

Sunder .... is used for leveling for the most part.... which is why its on ninja a bunch.

Just look at racing.

And sunder is not the range of most bow skills. Its not even the range of... any that I am aware of. Even the rain skills will hit further than sunder as their projectiles can land OFF screen.

Set it to 90, Sunder is still over 10% of builds.

On the race page, sorted from rank 1, still multiple sunders on page 1.

Yep, its not that hard.

Yeah, guardian SRS is what I did, was pretty easy outside of early game and a few bosses.

Sunder is the goto for bleed glad, part of that is because its basically ranged its pretty much a screen edge line attack. Does it go as far as a bow? No of course not but describing it as a ranged melee skill is quite accurate. It gets used by 1 tap warcry dudes too for the same reason - excellent coverage without area scaling.

Bleed glad was pretty great for the event too, not for racing obviously but if your goal was to get into the higher raffles glad is getting on for the easiest depending on your personal mileage.
