Trial of Ascendncy Issue

I have completed all trials as seen here:



However, it will not let me enter as seen here:



This is preventing me from completing the trials.

Please let me know how I can fix this. I ran this character up to level 72 just figuring I would do the labs at the end so I don't want to lose all that work.

The first screenshot is for the Normal Labyrinth. The trials for that labyrinth are all in acts 1-3.

The second screenshot is for the Cruel Labyrinth. The trials for that labyrinth are in acts 6-7. Go to the second floor of the Chamber of Sins in Act 7 and complete that trial.

The 6 trials you showed in the first screenshot correspond to the first lab. There are 3 different trials that correspond to the second lab and you are missing one of those, most likely Chamber of Sins in Act 7.

I did the Act 7 Chamber of Sins level 2. That was how I got the 1st screencap. Despite this, the 2nd screencap shows that despite completing it, the system says I did not.

The first screenshot says "The Chamber of Sins (Act 2)".

You need to do "The Chamber of Sins (Act 7)".
