Blight scarab of blooming / Blightreach

This scarab doesn't really work as described in text.
After the blight is over, t14 maps that come from blight loot boxes will drop as blight ravaged. If I try to pair this with blightreach two things are happening. The t14 blight maps that drop during the 60 seconds after, do not drop as blight ravaged, also only about 50% of the maps that drop, drop as blighted maps, the rest are normal maps. I'm running 3x scarab of multitude, Im not sure if that interaction is broken. I've had a couple maps where 15 maps dropped and 0 were blghted, during the 60 second timer. The Blight scarab of blooming says all t14+ maps in area. Very confusing writing and interactions if it's working as intended
