Cloud question

Anyone know about having a gap in the cloud uploads?
My gmail has all media before 2020 and after 2021 but those years are just missing. Empty folders. Got no clue how or why.
Same phone and account for 8 years works fine.
I guess asking google won't do shit, having some bot reply.

Any idea what could have caused it and if this data could still be retrievable?
Just basic pics and videos.
