Cannot select SSF option on character creation on Xbox

When trying to select SSF for my character using the RB button, it does not work. Selecting Ruthless (RS + LB) works, and so does selecting Hardcore (LB). The RB button works everywhere else in game.

So, by unlocking the Scion, I was able to select SSF. This, however, should not be the case since patch 3.25. Please fix it.
