My Xbox game of Poe is unplayable for me for the last 2 days

I keep moving slow then fast then slow then fast in my hideout and even worse in maps only started last night I don’t get it nothing has changed what could be a trouble shoot I have tried most everything I can logically do ie hard restart checking all my setting etc is it just happeneing on the Poe side helpGGG I want to get to 97 my highest yet

Is it possible that it might be a problem with your ISP? Coz you're saying it works fine midnight. Have you tested your pings? This was happening to me as well where the game would run smooth around midnight and would lag or get stuck other times day/evening. My pings were sometimes high or getting timeouts. That was the issue.
