Atlas runners

Hi,
In the beginning i'd like to apologise for my bad ENG.
I have a problem with rescuing my atlas runners - i'll send an screenshot of the problem.
the question is - were there any changes to being able to rescue them from another acc?
I'm playing Fulcrum Chief - not a great single target char but I have second char that can handle the boss, earlier i was opening the portal to the boss on my chief and then killing the boss with my LS duelist and now i cannot enter the boss with my 2nd char.
Even if i try to ransom them i cannot while i have 240k gold+ in inventory not treasury.
It may seem like a little case 4 u but 4 me it's kinda big casue i dont have a lot of time to grind gold to buy tier X mappers so sorry to bother you but I hope you can help.
PS i can see that u cant see my mouse cursor on the screenshot but when I dont have any gold it says i dont have enough gold, when i have 200k+ like on ss i dont see any notification.https://imgur.com/a/5Y6Trke

These boss events only have one portal, unlike other bosses. So if you leave the fight for some reason, die, or disconnect, the encounter will be lost.

Also once the encounter is lost, it is no longer possible to ransom, you will then need to abandon.

There is a lot of threads about this, for shipping as well. I don't think the UI is conveying the information in an easy method for some players to grasp. It needs to be more definitive that there is only one pathway.

I see, so your not actually entering portal before trying to swap? I don't know why this would be then. However I think if the options are greyed out you can not use them.

Not sure about this, I've never moussed over it to see normally. Still think if it's greyed out the option is no available.

Yes, i lately opened the portal, tried to kill the boss with my fulcrum, then reloged to my 2nd char and killed it so it worked i guess.
It opens 6 portals like maps so i guess its possible

Right. I didn't know it was possible. I thought the kingsmarch bosses only had 1 portal max. Hopefully someone can elaborate. Maybe it's only the shipping boss that has single portal.
