Not able to leech energy shield

I have a watchers eye with lightning damage leeched as energy shield while affected by wrath. I have wrath with eternal blessing playing ice Nova of frost bolts. I have no lightning damage leeched as ES or spell damage leeched as energy shield from light eater passive. My lightning damage leeched as life from the vessel of Vinktar is working. BUT I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ES LEECH FROM ANY MEANS WITH 2.6% LEECH. And there is NOT a mod on the map for cannot leech.

This might seem like a weird question... but how do you know you're not leeching ES?
