Kingsmarch loading problems.

Upon entering the kingsmarch area the game freezes during the loading screen, never loads.
Also the game freezes when talking to Johan - Manage Town.

Have tried verifying integrity of game files, changing renderer, turning display settings off, lowering texture quality.
I have checked that graphics card is not overheating.
I have verified the integrity of game files on steam.
All of my drivers are up to date.

I believe this happened after the latest patch, I was able to access kingsmarch before then.
I can still load into maps, delve, etc.

I have the same situation.
