Verisium Ore not rewarded if player dead when last monster dies

This is the second time I have run into this bug so I wanted to report the issue.

After spawning a verisium ore node I charged it and fought the enemies only to die to the very last rare. That rare had a poison dot and I watched him die while I was dead. The markers dropped for the node "completetion" but I was not awarded any ore.

Upon checking my ore totals in Kingsmarch I also had zero ore able to be mined.
