Fix Kirac vault reward button.

Why is there a flashing button every time I enter the game, telling me I have 8 rewards to collect? I'm 10 acts away from reaching the epilogue, and over 100 map completions away from unlocking the rewards.

According to gameplay forum, this has been happening now for multiple leagues, fix it.
