Game disconnected during map and removed all my portals and picked items

I loaded a T17 Abomination map and while doing it halfway, the game disconnected and brought me to the login screen. When I went back into the game and my hideout, the map portals were all gone and my inventory (I picked up an eldritch chaos during the map) was empty. Usually when the game crashes, the map portals are still there after logging back in but not this time. The scarabs and map were consumed as well.

- After someone explained, understood that the nature of item loss is per game design and the bug report would have been submitted automatically after the instance crash.
