Exception/crash roughly every 10-15 minutes

I am getting an exception/crash roughly every 10-15 minutes. It reads :

Exception

vk::Queue::submit:ErrorDeviceLost

update: It might have to do with POB integration. I noticed everytime it happens my pob also breaks.

Do you have omens in your inventory?

That looks the same as the error thrown by people using Vulkan when an Omen would trigger.

I do not I actually had just started a new character and had been leveling.

This is related to your video card, possible driver interaction, game coding (not developer fault), and the specific settings for the video card.

The easy answer is to swap to DX12 from Vulkan.

The more detailed answer involves adjusting your video settings in nvidia control panel or adrenaline if amd and possibly a slight adjustment in windows.
Although these adjustments are fairly easy and not difficult, they can lead to a lot of confusion and other opinions or missteps in the process and testing which often leads to things a lot of people refrain from on forums like this.

If DX12 does not work for you for some wild reason then post your pc specs..
