T16 Toxic Sewer - NO BOSS ROOM / SPAWN

Toxic Sewer did not spawn a boss tile nor the boss.

Toxic Sewers has a spider boss that probably spawned in/near a Ritual (forgot the map name, but there's a similar map that has the tunnel where you fight cauldron boss). It says "Map Complete" at the top right so I assume you killed the boss without knowing it.

Edit: Couldn't see behind chat, that room is where the boss spawns for Toxic Sewers. Corner room with 2 tunnels, 2 bridges, and that weird side pocket. Spider boss has always been in that specific room.
