new glove bases

I know this is a super minor thing, but it really surprised me that it hasn't been fixed yet.

The new Armour/Evasion glove bases (Chimerascale Gauntlets and Wyvernscale Gauntlets) don't have a defense roll range (sometimes called as "Sacred Orb roll", since that currency is used to reroll the value).

All Chimerascale Gauntlets are 176/176.

All Wyverscale Gauntlets are 205/205.

Since every other base type has a range, I assume this is a bug.
