Mutewind Pennant warcry buff but no buff

I searched the forums, Call to Arms apparently wasn't working a few months ago, but since the warcry changes, its a moot point. The shield grants 25% increased warcry buff, then Call to Arms takes all buffs away. Someone overlooked this, item needs an update.

Call to Arms does not take all buffs away. Buffs do not affect you, but still affect allies.
