Heist: Contract: The Negotiation

I saw the archived post about this quest, but mine is bugged out. I'm standing at Vic Vox with the NPC Kurai, but nothing is happening.
Is there a way to restart the contract? Last bumped on Sep 24, 2024, 1:57:27 PM

Kurai and Vic Vox are having a long conversation. Do you see their dialogue in the chat? Do you have dialogue sound or dialogue in the chat turned on in the settings?

No dialog, I saw Vic Vox spawn, but Kurai disappeared, I walked out of the room, got a room or 2 away and Kurai reappeared beside me, went back to the room with Vic and waited for 5 minutes, nothing happened.

Did you leave the contract before meeting Vic Vox? Some quest contracts cannot be completed if you leave them before completion.
