PvP 3x3 CTF Doesn`t Start

I'm trying to get a steam achievement about capturing the flag in a pvp match. For this I gathered 6 players divided into 2 groups of 3, then we all started a queue and nothing happened. The only message we see is "waiting for next match...". Its a bug or something else?

If I remember correctly, there are 2 PVP servers, one in the EU and one in US. You all need to be waiting on the same server (it's ages since I did any PVP).
