Bug Report: Game Crash on Omen comsumming

As title,

Game crashed EVERYTIME on comsumming Omens in combat,

Garanteed types including:
Omen of death's door
Omen of adrenaline
Omen of death-dancing
Omen of brilliance

Which not cause crashing:
All Omens associate with item crafting (jeweller, blanching ...)
