Verisium ore bugged

Hi,
I activated a Verisium Ore Outcropping and filled it to 100%. I ran all around the map while fighting them, and called in a friend to help. The icon on the map disappeared, indicating that all the monsters were dead, and the map said 0 monsters as well. However, no ore was added to my stock.
