Frostblades of Katabasis LEVEL 21 and 23% BUG

Last night I updated my Frost Blades of Katabasis Gem from Level 20 with a quality of 23% to a Frost Blades of Katabasis Level 21 and Quality 23%, When the skill is put into the LEFT click input, the character NO LONGER CAN MOVE.....

I meet all requirements of the gem:
When I put the skill into ANY input that is NOT left click ...it works and I can move just fine....

I put my OLD gem back in and everything works as normal.....

So I'd like to use my new GEM and play as Normal .....can you fix this...?
