Simulacrum not going onward - 1 wave stuck

2 times now done Simulacrum, 2 times first wave could not completed. No idea what is causing it, my specters? There is few random critters in the map as green, like ribrattle, which I can't kill. Removed spectres from use, still they are alive. :(
