Ultimatum rewards are the same every round

Starting on round 8 I had the option to continue to get a catalyst. Finished the round and the next rewards showed x4 Orb of Scouring in both current(should've been catalyst) and for my next reward. Finish that round with is now 9/10 and I have x4 orb of scouring for both rewards again. The final round it gave me a different option to continue for a level 20 gem and everything at that point seemed to work as normal.
