Portal lost, shipment gone

Hi, I just sent my first 50M shipment with full Tier X crew, and of course it got ambushed, but when I was in the middle of the fight with boss, the game crashed, and after I logged back, the portal was no longer there... is there any way to save my shipment at least? or multiple days of farming are gone?
