Rubber band and lag issues

Still rubber banding still having lag issues load times are okay you know how when you're spamming a piece of gear with fusing and you can do it as fast as you want or right now you can't do that I felt a difference after the patch there's also an issue with travel skills if you try to use them too fast for some just in general they don't work properly they'll take you back to the original position instead of putting you further in. I don't know why that's happening but it started happening after the last patch

Are you on a Wi-Fi connection? The things you mentioned happens to me when I'm at my parent's and on Wi'Fi. On a wired connection this never happens to me.
