Boss summoned by Maven killed Guardian + all spectres in very abnormal way 1 655 098 843

I used the guardian & spectres for weeks (level 27 all res ele chaos capped xtra life), none of the spectre ever died and the guardian died 1 time in T17 bad mods in extreme conditions (letting it get Hit for a minute and it didn't have good regen)

Today I do a truely standard T16 with maven summoning extra bosses, thing i did like hundreds of times, without any scarab increasing bosses or uniques monster damage: Everything died (all, including the holy relics) instantly at some point during the boss encounter: I didn't even see it, it happened in like 1 seconds (maybe it was the witch boss doing corpse explosion, since I saw her corpse)

So this is it: like 20 divines !!! of stupid spectres & guardian items lost for stupid reason I cannot accept to be mine because this is blatantly a strong design error/misconception and it has to be fixed, so i join the debug.
This means Maven invitations no really possible to play with any "corpse item" spectres & guardian builds.
