Filter not updating - PS5
Hi,
I created custom filters somewhere back around Affliction league. I've since removed those filters from my account, but they are still showing in the game. I have deleted the game (multiple times), cleared the cache, rebuilt the database and still these ghost filters remain. I've even now installed the PS5 native version of the game and after starting up they were gone...and then reappeared about a half-second later. I also can't load up any new filters that I create and link to my account - they simply never get displayed. Does anyone have anything else I can try? Or could the devs add an option to invalidate the filter cache so that it can be reloaded? Thanks Last bumped on Sep 20, 2024, 4:58:19 PM

Do you ever log in to the main website with your PSN account?
You need to manage filters from your account on the web-page. After logging in with your PSN account, click your account name at the top left, then look in the lower right text link list for "item filters". You can use filterblade as well, but you have to link it to your PSN PoE account, which I think requires logging in to the main website as well. It's been quite a while since I linked them. Also, note that deleting filters from Filterblade doesn't remove them from your PoE account, you still have to login to the main website and manage them. | |

Yes, when I said I had deleted the filters from my account I meant via the POE website. The issue appears to be that it isn’t replicating the filter settings into the game. This includes adding new ones or deleting them all. So my filter settings are effectively stuck. I can select any available filter in the game, and I use the default ones, but this is a very limited way to play at certain points. |
