Help with build

been playing a couple weeks ow and i am starting to feel more squishy as i enter into act 8. I have been trying to follow zirs build guide.Could someone evaluate and maybe give me some tips on where i am going wrong so i don't keep going down the wrong path? I'm thinking maybe armor? Thanks!

Anyway: Do your Cruel Lab and get Conviction of Power. That gives you 16% elemental and physical damage reduction.

Refund those 3x10 Strength passives on the left.

Put one in Arcane Capacitor, one in Might (next to Elemental Overload (should also try to fix the strength problem on gear)) and one in Mind over Matter.

When you get hit now 40% damage is taken from mana instead of life! So be ready to hit that mana flask.

Next points Arcane Will and the Dynamo.

Get rid of the coiled wand. More or less all the prefixes and suffixes are attack modifiers. Can be seen: Hover over item and press ALT.
You should be able to craft Increased Spell Damage on the other one.
