Portal does not work in maps
No matter if I re open portal it still does not work have to exit game to leave map and exiting and re-opening game does not allow portal to work in that map. Works in next map though. Sometimes it will work in map then all of a sudden it ill not. Been going on since last week I have noticed this. Bugg Report reference number is 3,243,005,764. Did you open Syndicate safehouse in the map?

I was about to report the same issue, but, now that you mention it, both times it happened to me I had indeed opened and run an Immortal Syndicate safehouse from the map itself. Although, most of the time, that doesn't seem to suffice to trigger the issue.
FWIW, I'm also realizing that both times I had also returned to my hideout momentarily for a trade before going back into the map and finishing it. That's when the portals stopped working. I'm afraid I can't remember the order of events (i.e. whether the trade or running the safehouse was first) and, in any case, it might have just been a coincidence. In any case, whenever it occurs the portal is missing the caption and nothing happens if you try to click on it. |

" There's 2 different bugs that have the same outcome of unclickable portals. OP had the quest for Syndicate so leaning towards that for them. Opening a Safehouse in map is probably not recommended for me due to the way they are interacting with the portals in your hideout. So it's better for me (no bugs) to open the Safehouse after the map. Hideout instance crashing means your portal has nowhere to return to. I've had that happen a number of times over the years and completely unrelated to safehouses. |

" I don't think that's what's happening to me. The obvious workaround is going back to the character selection screen and logging back in. After doing so, last time I went back into the very same map to see if the portals would start working again... and no, they behaved the same. This is pretty much the same OP describes: " Whatever the bug is, it probably messes something up in the map instance, but I doubt simply returning to it would consistently crash the hideout one instead. Still, this has only happened twice to me in the whole league so far, despite running safehouses from maps -to speed up things- relatively often. The only other factor I can think of, like I said, is that both times I also returned briefly to my hideout for a trade half-way through running the map, but that's all I can say. Yesterday I had another three instances of this issue.
FWIW, I'm beginning to suspect it has less to do with actually running an Immortal Syndicate safehouse from within the affected map, and having failed to open the portals to a safehouse elsewhere in the map (i.e. because there wasn't enough room next to Jun to do so) may be what occasionally triggers the problem. |

I can repeat this every time now.
Fail to open safe house in map. Leave map and re-enter map and portal is now bricked. I don't think this is the only way to do it since there was times when it bricked without me leaving map. (Not to sure about this though as I can't remember) Will keep in mind and report back if so. |
