Repeated abnormal disconnect when approaching Agnosia
Every time I approached just north of the map center, the client would disconnect -- not fully crash. The problematic area contained "Agnosia, Arbiter of the Hollow" and most likely no other monsters, so the disconnect might be related to her. I was able to go around the approximate area and loot most of the map without issues.

Same thing, verisium encounter maxed, but a different boss this time -- Therion, Beast of the Caverns. Can't get close to him, client disconnects (no crash) every time, with nothing special in the log file.
