Imbued Ambush not working?

So I tried using Horned scarab of Awakening (imbued ambush on MD) with Ambush scarab of containment on a Citadel t17 map.
I had 51+ strongboxes on my map and not a single one of them was unique. I mean 100% increased chance for strongboxes to be unique and not a single one was unique? There is a strongbox test on poewiki (made many years ago), according to it the chance for a unique strongbox is ~0.6% (the value may be inaccurate). With 100% increased chance it will be 1.2%.
