Incorrect map drops

Hello

I have my atlas configured following way:
* All natural T1 completed
* Only "Strand" and it's connectd maps completed for natural T2, T3, T4
* All natural T5 completed
* "Shadow shaping"
* All natural T1 and maps connected to "Strand" as favorites
* 1 voidstone

With this setup I run "Strand" and expect only "Strand" and T8 maps to drop since all other T4, T5, T6 and T7 maps are either not completed or disabled via "shadow shaping".

But instead I got maps like T4 mesa from boss. "Mesa" is not completed. It's T7 in atlas due to the voidstone. It's not connected to "Strand". Why does it drop?
