Void Emperor Enchanter's Ring: missing visual effect for Onslaught buff

Good day!

I bought the Void Emperor Enchanter's Ring to change the Onslaught buff orb so I can easily notice it when the buff is active.

However, there is no visual change even after equipping the ring.

I can see the visual effect on my character's hand but the Onslaught visual buff is unchanged. I'm expecting to see the "void emperor orb" circling around my character as the video explanation said.

I tried equipping the ring to the right hand then left, but no changes.

Is there a way to fix this on my end?

Edit: I tried it with my Chieftain that uses charges and it is working. It seems that it needs Onslaught buff from charges or warcries etc., and not from flasks.
