Stuck inside the Petrified Amber tree

It happened to me when using flame dash, the Petrified Amber tree encounter ended and I used the ability to leave faster, but I ended up stuck in the tree, there was no way out, I couldn't use flame dash again, smoke mines. Only portal out unstuck me. It was from southeast to northwest direction.
