Regal orb vendor recipe doesn't work with rings

Three rare 20% rings with the same name will reward an alch instead of a regal.

I did the vendor recipe with 3 profane wands of the same name with 20% quality. The vendor recipe pre-dates catalysts so would explain why it only accepts armors/weapons. |
