Completed The Feared But Didn't Unlock Favourite Slot

I was in a group with one other guy.
I died, released and came right back at the end of the fight when stuff was dropping.
I didn't get credit and I'm wondering if it's just that it didn't count me present for the last kill or was there something else happening there that I need to look out for in the future.
I thought you have to click something in the center to complete the event, no?

It's so much trouble setting up the event I don't want to screw it up if I decide to try again.

Pretty sure it was because u were in town/hideout when the last enemy got killed.

There's nothing else u need to do. Just witness the bosses and complete the invitation.
The "Altar" in the middle only gives u the atlas point iirc.

Never, ever release to hideout/town when being carried, at least until the boss is dead and all the loot has dropped.
