LAG SPIKE IN SINGAPORE SERVER

The issue of lag spike in every server especially in Singapore seems to not be addressed yet by GGG. This issue has become a nuisance that can be detriment to the user experience as it frequently happened especially during the end of league.the lag spiked seems to have reach a certain point that hindered most players to enjoy this game to the fullest but GGG seems to not give enough attention to address this issue. This issue is not only happened to me but also to other SG server player.

I hope GGG will take notice to this issue and addressed it fast as it also probably will be an issue if not been addressed soon when POE2 released as i sure that the server that will be use is the same server as it is now.

facing same issue here. Last time was lag & spike after 830pm UTC+8
now is 24/7 lagging and spiking...

I briefly investigated this.

Apparently GGG has some servers at serversdotcom with ipmask of 23.109.x.x
and GSL networks 203.27.x.x. There could be others that I'm unaware of. Like I said, brief investigation.

serversdotcom are the problematic ones. they need to seek out new hosting or just rely entirely on GSL for now. one thing for sure is they should shutdown serversdotcom for the time being.

So dear GGG, I did the investigative work, please just disable.

I ran a mtr test, and the issue is surely server side, and not my isp.

This issue started around late Aug but still no response from GGG yet.

Before I only had this issue from 8pm onwards, but now it can happen during daytime too.

Don't know what to do now, game is literally unplayable as my latency fluctuates between 200-3000ms.

From Malaysia, previously was the lag start ard 8:30 until 12:00 midnight after midnight the ping still manage to play but starting last friday, 24/7, the game was totally unplayable. Hope GGG can fix it soon

Playing from Malaysia here. Previously the latency was horrible from 8pm to about 12am midnight. Pressing F1 to see latency between 150 to an unbelievable 2k+ with some irregular spikes going up to 3k. It used to get better & smooth out after midnight but recently its just a constant unplayable 200+ to 1500ms regardless of time. I am no network wizard but I am pretty sure its not an issue with my ISP or the internet connection as I can play DotA 2 very smoothly at around 20+/-ms. Its kinda weird as sometimes the Karui Shores are stable 20+ms then I go to my hideout is sometimes smooth sometimes shoots up to 500+ms. Sometimes both town & hideout is smooth but I jump into maps or delve and the high latency returns. Login screen shows Singapore at 16ms at all times but thats obviously not the case. Tried both Lockstep & Predictive modes too.

Hi. Malaysia here too connecting to SG server. Used to have bad latency at night too but now for the past 3 days the server is unstable for a whole day. Logged in to town with 13ms teleport to hideout 1000ms.

If my hideout is in good latency, loading map is a gamble too. 7/10 map instances the latency went 1000, 2000 sometimes it just won't stop.

At first i thought it was my internet connection but some map im running 13ms and never even got up to 50ms so i left it there and everything was smooth for like half an hour with no spike and then i teleport back to my hideout it went back to 1000ms.

Had to connect to AU or JP server enduring 120ms at least my character is moving.

Playing on Singpoare server in Malaysia. 2 months ago it was all good. but for the past 2, 3 weeks its been a nightmare. Lag spikes from 7pm to 2am everyday. and for the past week, the lag is just permenant the whole day in maps or spawn areas. Hideout the ping drops to around 14 to 100 but in maps goes all the way up to 3000ms.

I tried playing in Singapore physically in Singapore server and it plays well with literally no lag. So im not sure why when its routed to Malaysia the lag is just crazy all over.

Trading site is also pretty much slow and unresponsive compared to last month.

I tried playing on Aus and Jap server and its getting worst by the day too.

So im not sure is it a country issue or a server issue but for sure it aint my computer or ISPs issue.

Do resolve or provide a timeframe.
