Bug 1.106.255.524 - Can't enter syndicate-area

It is not possible to enter the syndicate area in "Der verwüstete Stadtplatz", because there is litter on the floor and every entrance is blocked.

I went back and used a flash teleport gem. With that I was able to enter, but just by teleport. There is no open way to walk
